The Australian Technologies Competition (ATC) is in its sixth year. This competition finds, mentors and develops Australia’s best technology companies with the Greatest Global Potential. The ATC16 Business Accelerator helps turn good technologies into great businesses. In 2016 there were 146 entries from across Australia – only 38 were short-listed as semi-finalists. AFS Agriculture (Advanced Fertigation Systems) are among these semi-finalists for the development of their cost-effective water and nutrient management platform, SWAN (Scheduling Water And Nutrients), that helps to manage water resources, allocations and nutrient inputs precisely and to plan. The ATC has recently featured in an editorial in AMTIL’s (Australian Manufacturing Technology Institute Limited) industry magazine. Click here to read the article.

Winners of the Gold and Silver awards will be announced later this year at the Sydney Showcase held at the Australian National Maritime Museum.
